Stubbs Road – Sewer

Developer Sun Hung Kai Properties installs DN400 (450 OD) PE100 RC gravity sewer pipe between existing chambers to provide a 100-year maintenance free connection.

The existing site collection chamber had a cast iron spigot.  This had to be re connected to an existing sewer chamber at a lower level.  A PE-DI transition fitting with a rubber ring seal and puddle flange was used to connect onto the cast iron spigot.  This had a concrete corbel poured around it, anchoring it to the chamber and iron spigot.
